How to use it

  1. Timo is already selected. Enter the Timo account that receives the money.
  2. Enter the deposit and a reference, such as the booking code or the guest name and arrival date.
  3. Open the QR image, save it and send it on Zalo, Messenger or email.
  4. The guest scans it in any banking app and sees Ngân hàng số Timo by Ban Viet Bank (Timo by Ban Viet Bank), the amount and the reference filled in.

Can guests with another bank scan a Timo QR code?

Yes. It follows NAPAS’s VietQR standard, so almost every banking app and e-wallet in Vietnam can pay it; the guest does not need a Timo account.

Is there a fee to receive money by Timo QR?
