How to use it

  1. Pick the bank and enter the account that receives the money.
  2. Enter the deposit and a reference, such as the booking code or the guest name and arrival date.
  3. Open the QR image, save it and send it to the guest on Zalo or Messenger.
  4. The details are only used to draw the QR image through SePay; HostBooking keeps nothing.

Frequently asked questions

Does this QR code work with every bank?

Yes. It follows the VietQR (NAPAS) standard, which almost every banking app and e-wallet in Vietnam can scan.

Does the money go through HostBooking?

No. It goes straight from the guest to the account you entered. The tool only draws the QR image.

Why add a transfer reference?

The reference (a booking code, say) tells you which payment belongs to which guest when you check your statement, especially when several guests pay on the same day.

Can a booking confirm itself when the money arrives?

On HostBooking, yes: every booking gets its own QR code, and with your bank connected through SePay the booking switches to paid when the money lands.
