Need to submit a residence notice on the Ministry of Public Security’s portal? Open the Stay list in Bookings.
In the declaration section, choose the property, the range of arrival dates, and Vietnamese or foreign guests: each type gives one file in the portal’s exact format.
By default only guests who have checked in or checked out are included; to include guests arriving soon, tick this box.
Click Download file: an Excel file with the right columns and the portal’s format, showing how many people it contains. Upload that file to the portal and you are done.
