A guest booking on your site gets a QR for the exact deposit; when it arrives, you record it and the booking is confirmed.

- As soon as a guest books on the website, they see a QR code with the exact deposit amount and the booking code as the payment note.
- The money goes straight into your account. When you see it arrive in your banking app, open that booking in the admin.
- Click Record payment, choose bank transfer and enter the exact deposit amount you just received.
- Save, the booking switches to confirmed and the guest is notified right away.
