Read the books, what is owed and the household tax book
Monthly income and cash-flow statements, the ledger, aged balances, the S1a/S2a tax book and closing a month.
Narrated in Vietnamese, with Vietnamese captions.
About Books & tax →In this video
- Books and tax are read from the income and expenses you already have, with no need to enter them again. This is the monthly income statement and cash flow report.
- The Ledger tab lists every income and expense with its supporting document, filtered by date and property.
- The Debts tab shows which guests still owe you and how much you owe suppliers, by age of debt.
- The Tax tab works out annual revenue against the threshold, giving the S1a or S2a book to export to Excel. The figures are for reference only.
- At the end of the month, once everything is reconciled, close the books so that month’s figures stay unchanged.
